The DGNIM Kickoff Meeting will take place in Kloster Schöntal from November 23 to 25, 2026.

Deadline for registration is September 30, 2026.

Abstract Submission

Participants are invited to submit a poster and can apply to give a short (10 minutes) oral presentation.

Please use this template and limit your abstract to 200 words.

Deadline for abstract submission is August 31, 2026.

1 Student/Postdoc student:
To register as a student/postdoc please send proof of eligibility (copy of student ID or an official letter from the university confirming that you are a student/for postdocs letter from supervisor confirming your postdoctoral status) to info@dgnim.de

2 As studen/postdoc you will be asked to share a room as the number of single rooms is restricted.

The registration fee includes accommodation, full board and meeting fees. Tax information will be provided in the invoice.
